| Don't get me started on this stupid, negligent, slut. Oops, I wasn't going to go there. I did just have an idea. If you have MS Word on your computer you could write up a poster warning citizens about the dangers of leaving their dogs outside in the heat and the importance of having fresh cool water to drink. Point out that smaller breeds like YORKIE and Maltese are especially susceptible to heat-related injuries. point out the horrors like brain damage etc. That way it would look like an organization of some kind distributed them. If she doesn't change then maybe casually bump into her or something an ask her if she got a flyer and how good the information is. You can give her your copy if she threw hers away.
