| i`m just curious. i don`t want my little yorkie to be too big when he`s older. he`s 2 months old right now and weighs about 1 lb and a half. How much do you guys think he`ll weigh? I tried the chart but it was too confusing. also, do you think he`ll get bigg? his sister is less than a pound btw. |

| My guess.......about 4.5lbs and that's very small. No one knows for sure and genetics don't lie Have you seen past littermates?

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I would guess 5 lbs full grown, I think males grow more but I could be wrong, that's just from my experience. My male was about 1 lb at 8 weeks old and he is now 8 lbs at 10 months old. My female was 1 lb 2 oz at 10 weeks and is 2 lbs now at 7 months old. So they grew at diff. rates but it really depends on how big his parents are. |

| Miko was 1lb 2oz or 1lb 6oz (one of those two) when we got him at 12 weeks and he is now 11 lbs, and NOT one single ounce overweight. He's just the right size for his body size. Of course he was sick with coccidia, hypoglycemia, and a bunch of other stuff, the breeder ended up being a puppmill broker, but the point is that you can never know for sure... It seems like your baby will be around 4-5lbs, but it's hard to tell. Looking at the parents and past litters of those parents can give you a better idea

| Layla was the same size at 2 months and she is now 5.5 lbs. Her mom was 6 and her dad was 3.. the size of the parents can help. |
