Terrible Petsmart encounter. I need advice...an encouraging word..something

PLUS give them their next groom free... but thats just my store... i dont know about everywhere else.

i guess not every petsmart is the same... my manager holds alot higher standards for her employees than most of them...

I read this thread and thought uh-oh, Stacy's gonna have something to say about this! Its so nice to have a Petsmart employee among us to offer some perspective, and I'm sure you're the best trainer around!

But thanks for your words..Prince has gained another pound, so he's 7lbs at 5 months. I love the fact that I can "rough and tumble" with him and not worry. It's good because Prince doesn't realize he's only 7 lbs....he thinks he's more like 100!

Im not a fan of big commercial groomers. IMO I would try and find a local private groomer that you can stay with your baby if you so choose. Honestly, your better off getting a book and grooming yourself. Afetr getting groomed at a commercial groomer, my friend lil girl Bailey went into a month depression......wouldnt eat play or kiss. after switching to a private groomer she is now fine and loves it. I am not a "petsmart basher" by any means I think they are a good company, They should stick to selling commercial products and vet services....as for grooming....go private....I think you get more of a personal touch. Jusy my opinion. I am not saying pet smart does not have some wonderful groomers I am certain they do! Its like a box of chocolates never know what your gonna get (in my best forrest gump voice lol) Have a good day and i hope ur babys hair grows out fast for ya!!!
