Tobey follows me everywhere unless he is really tired. I love it though because it makes me feel so loved and important. I can't understand why he does it, but i think i would be hurt if he stopped all the sudden. He also budges his way into the bathroom if I don't close the door completely, sometimes I think he just comes into check on me because he won't always stay in there with me. It is like he's like "mommy where are you? okay, I see you, so now i can go back to the couch." :heart to |
Mine are butt cheeks...one for each side. It's nice in the cold weather but gets kinda hot in the summer months :D |
That's funny! :) Here in South Florida is hot all year, but I still wouldn't be able to face life without my little boy's furry hugs! |
"WOW", you all have made me feel a TON better I thought something was wrong with her, like anxiety problems or something :eek: . I was getting ready to take her to the vet, lol. Now that I know its normal for a yorkie to do this, then she can be my shadow as looooong as she likes, but I'm warning her she's going to keep getting tired running from room to room with me when I'm cleaning :p ;) Oh, yea she's right on my lap right now, lol.. P.S. I want to respond to alot of you guys individually, but I know Admin will close my thread for having too many replies :rolleyes: |
yay for shadows! I can't wait to have my yorkie shadow!!!! My first dog and yorkie wasn't too much of a shadower...in fact her independence made me believe yorkies were more independent than they actually are. I'm glad I saw this thread! I love my babies to follow me!! |
LOL you aren't alone girl...If I'm walking down my hall to the computer and stop short, I have 2 furry bodies hitting the back of my legs...when I really want to mess with them - I'll do u turns and watch the BRAKES go on lol - they're SO intent on following me they run into each other sometimes... I got to get my thrills where I can these days ! |

YES!!! romeo follows me everywhere if he is not sleep. i can't tell you how often i stepped on him when i first brought him home and he got comfortable to the house. he is so quite that i would not realize he was sitting at my feet. if i get up for anything he comes to see what i am doing and follows me back. at first he would not come into the bathroom but that did not last long! Yep, my guy is always near by. I like having him close though. Sometimes I don't feel he cuddles enough. :p |
Aww, look at how she is looking at you (camera) with such passion and love. It just must be her personality and you are her littermate. Is she anxious or anything when you leave the house? I love having my velcro dogs but I know what you mean about sometimes needing space. Sometimes when I'm on my computer and my guy Cooper just looks at me and makes this little sounds like I wanna sit on your lap..and I'm busy so I say..go lay down..but he won't he just wants to be near me so I think..I should be grateful to be blessed with my poochies and I pick him up and he sits with me. Murfee also always follows me. Sometimes I feel really bad like when I'm cleaning the house or doing laundry and he is following me. I feel like I am running his little legs off. He is laying on my head right now as I am laying here on the computer. I don't mind it at all unless he gets stepped on if I turn around too fast. |
