LOL Well, I caught hubby outside before he walked in the door. I described the situation to him and told him that I know she's not what we're looking for, but I just couldn't leave her. He agreed... He's ok with her being here at least temporarily. She really needs to get into a good home that can give her the TLC she needs though. I'm afraid with my hands full with school and Pix and Bogey, I just can't do it. Not to mention Pixie has extenuating circumstances of her own and needs lots of TLC herself.

OMG how could they do that to that poor baby. I have seen mommies on here that have just given birth and they weren't shaved down like this. That poor dog. Gives you some incite as to how she was treated.

If you turn her over to the Yorkie Rescue they will have her spayed and find a great home for her. Poor little girl. Well at least she is only 4 years old, and can now look forward to a long and happy life without having puppies.

I've dealt with the yorkie rescue before and they've pretty well said they want nothing to do with us. And all I was doing was try to volunteer. I don't see any point in calling them now - if they refuse to have anything to do with me anyway.

I am so glad there are people in this world like you!!!! I cannot imagine what this poor little girl has been put through. I am so glad she is with you and your husband. He must be a real sweetheart too for being so understanding. I hope you find a home for her soon!!

Not yet, but we're looking just as hard as we can. She's got a post in the Rescues & Needing New Homes forum
