				 |    i tried, but the sock was too small and pink, and when i made the hat it wouldn't fit on his head! hahaha   so i need to try again with a sock that's the right size ... here's a pic just for fun, i love the look on his face in this pic

| No Longer a Member |    What agreat idea!! That is especially good for little puppies when no clothes fit them!!  When Chloe was a tiny puppy, it was COLD outside.  There I was, crocheting her a sweater (twice because it didn't fit the first time! LOL) when I could have just made one from a sock!!! who knew!! Thanks for posting!! |

				 |    I'm guessing one would need to use a man's sock, it would be bigger.  A woman's sock might work OK for puppies, or for the tinies.  I think it's adorable and I've saved the pictures. I plan to try it some day, but haven't yet. maybe make them some for the winter. I was thinking it might also work as a belly band if you put a pad inside. |
