Do you really update your....

I still update mine. I get updates from 6 out of 7 people that I placed our pups with. (Kept up with one through our vet until she retired a few months ago.) I get pictures from most as well.

I do, my breeder has given me such invaluable advice! I write her about once a week with new pictures and let her know how everything is going. If I miss a week she'll write me to make sure everything is ok and anytime there is a problem with anything she's the first one to offer advice on where to go or what to do. She is AWESOME! We're trying to plan another trip up to Washington, DC this next summer to go see her!

morgan's breeder is a member here so i pm her about stuff and sometimes pm her threads with morgan's pictures. Its morgan's 1st birthday in a few days and i was hoping to actually go visit soon.

I do! We've named her Grandma Dee (Sugar'sMom) and even keep in touch with all of the folks that got pups out of the same litter. We're family now! I'd like to keep in touch for as long as possible!

For Teddy's breeder I don't because I don't thnik she cared much or even remembered him, she told me she would love to see pics of him so I sent her some and a recomendation and she never responded I later found out she is like a puppy mill, she has lots of dogs so whatever.....London's breeder I most certainly update her constantly. I send her pictures and write to her, she is a total sweetheart! She always remembers London because her and her brother were the only ones that were ever born chocolate in the 20 something yrs she has been breeding. She says they are very special and she cares about her dogs a lot.

I'm really glad to see that breeders are really concerned about the well being of their pups well after the sale...& look forward to the updates... it's so sad some had to come from uncaring puppy mills...but at least they where fortunate to have found loving homes w/ people on Y.T.....

I keep in touch with Reece's breeder with monthly pictures and an update but Darla's breeder didnt seem to want to keep in touch..oh well..its fun to update the breeders who care..

I totally agree on this 1. There must be a lot of puppys they sell through the years. But I think its nice to be nice and if you have the time, it does'nt take 2 ticks to send an email.

i do keep in touch w/ both of my breeders which she thinks that it's wonderful that we keep in touch with them. Lilly is 3 yrs old & Dexter is 2 1/2 yrs. They go krzy when i send them new pictures of my babies too !! Wheni go down to texas i alwayz call them to tell them i'll be town to visit family & wthey both want us to bring them to visit them as well.

We difinitely send photos and emails to Jolie & Jen's birth family and their parents! Plus... Since we met the family here at YorkieTalk... They get to see all our posting about them too!

My breeder sent me health updates and pictures of the girls every friday before I picked them up so now every Friday I send her updates and pics of the girls. We've developed a nice friendship and hope to find another set of girls to join our family this fall from this breeder.
