Smelling is ok, I'd do that too (with permission from the owner to pet the dog) but practically shoving fingers into her mouth for kisses or saying "kissy kissy" or makin kissy noises is NOT ok.
Sticking their face near hers... never ok. It's happened lots. Including yesterday at Costco by an old man.
Working in health care, I've seen WAY too much nasty stuff & you never know what people have.
I don't want my baby getting sick (or dying) just because people want little doggie kisses. |
