| Thanks thats a good idea about the wrist floats. Shes going to get to about 3 to 3 1/2 lbs or so. All the life preservers I have seen still will not accomidate her. So I am probably gonna have to make something too. That story about the dog that fell of the boat has me concerned.

| It concerned me too, even though dogs are supposed to be natural swimmers, if they hit themselves on something, get tired, or the wake of another boat sweeps them up it would be disasterous. I had already planned on buying a preserver, but the terrible accident made me glad I did. You can't watch them all the time, and we have a pontoon boat, so Jack will be free to roam around. I really hope he likes the water, it will be my luck I have a scaredy cat.

| Well my husband adjusted the one I have its an extra small. She looks like a hot dog in a bun but it looks like it might work when she grows alittle more. She can walk alittle with it on.

| Have y'all noticed that there are ads at the bottom of the postings that answer our questions---------they think. Bet they didn't have a tiny Yorkie in mind when the advertised inflatable life jackets.. |
