| ? about Silk coats Ok after being around my cousins yorkie I have a ? about his coat. I know Skittles is cotton! But his seems stringy and thin. Is a silk coat suppose to be like that. I've never been around other yorkies so I've no clue what a silk coat looks or feels like. Thanks ladies DaniBelle |

| Without actually seeing a dog with a silk coat to compare against I don't know how you can tell. I am assuming that if the hair doesn't mat it must be silky? If it mats I am assuming it is cottony? Sylvia |
