| My girl is 7 months old. Both her parents ears were up, I tried taping the way you did too, and it didn't work at all!! I have done with 2 strips one in front one in back here lately. My male likes to chew the tape off of her though. I'm about to give up, the stupid thing is.. She can hold them up on her own for AS LONG as she wants! Maybe all day, but maybe an hour. She especially does it when she is sleeping, trying to be nosey we say...

| It was a new one for me, too. I saw it. Before, during and after. They just folded the ear together lengthwise and put the velcro around the base of each ear. I couldn't believe it. But it worked. There was no tape affixed to the ear at all. Mine would have torn it out.

| Hmmmm. I think I understand what you mean about the velcro - and I have some here to try with. I will try when I get home (I'm at work) and see what happens. I will let you know if that is the trick!! Tape sure wasn't - haha....my little shrek baby. |

| I'm going to try that fabric adhesive trick......so I ask the groomer to shave the whole ear? All the hair on it??? I will do that tomorrow morning, then do the glue and brown bag trick when I get home........thanks for all the help ladies. I'm so glad I came here with my concern |

| That's what I did with my 2, shaved the whole ear front and back. Now that their ears are pretty much standing I only shave the top bit.
