| Funny husband story Well I went grocery shopping after work yesterday..My big major shopping. My husband was off work and took Bob (see photo left on some errands and spent the day with him so I knew I could get this major chore done. Anyway, after getting home and putting up groceries and going to the barn to feed etc..I told my husband that we were having sandwiches for dinner because I was too tired to cook..grumble grumble but ok..Later on when he came into the house he said..Oh!! You decided to cook, good!! What??!! Oh no I didnt! I had a whole chicken going in the crockpot and a pot of rice, broccoli, etc going on the stove...For BOB!!! I started cooking for him...I make a big pot of food then freeze it in little containers and I feel great about it.. My husband said..Bob gets all this! and I get a bologna sandwich..not fair!!! Oh well.. |

| That's hysterical and soo typical of something that would happen in my home!! I bought my daughter 4 pairs of much needed pajamas yesterday and would not pay over $15 for any of them. When I got home I had received Peanut's first pair of pajamas in the mail and reallized that I paid $25.99 for hers. Hehehe!!! I guess we have our priorities straight!

| LOL!!!!!! At Least the dog will show appreciation and actually eat all the food. I cook over here and my husband and kids pick out the food, the dogs eat it all and look for more

You won't believe how much I can identify with this story. It very close to home. I just loved it.... you know with all of those good healthy wholesome foods, you could have dished up some piping hot Bobchow for hubby. I can't laugh because it hits way too close to home..... When I started reading about going shopping after work, doing barn chores AND then hubby kinda sorta expecting a full home cooked meal.... it was like WHAT???? I'm not tobyfan -- she is living my life! I don't cook meals for my kids yet, but I do spend 3 full days in the kitchen each month making Yorkie Yummies. | |
