At work going through Yorkie withdrawls!! Anyone else miss their baby while at work?

I hear that..I sprint up the stairs to get into my apt...I try to leave work early every day to avoid the build up of downtown traffic...what a difference 5 minutes makes...I just try to not let people tick me off while driving..I'd hate to have to shout out of the window at someone to get out of my way so I can go home to see my dog! May not go over well...

You sound EXACTLY like me!!! If my husband gets home first he goes in and Bob goes out to the shop with him. Then whenever it gets close to 5 he tells Bob..Mommy will be home soon and Bob starts looking he says..We have a driveway monitor so the bell goes off and I guess my husband lets him out the gate and as Im driving (VERY slowly) up the drive here comes Bob as fast as he can running to the car..I stop and he gets in with me and we go to the house! Same routine every day...Unless my husband didnt get there first and I have to go to the door and let Bob come out and we sit down on the porch until Bob calms down..I love going home...

I pick up my new yorkie on Saturday and I can focus at work at all. Met my new baby last night and I am going through withdrawals myself. I can't wait to smell him and kiss his little feet again.

I have so many calls to make and work to do and all I keep doing is looking at dog stuff online and reading about yorkies, etc.

I know exactly what you are going through.

I know exactly what you are going through.

I hear you about the dog stuff..I bought so much stuff for my baby when I first got him..I buy him something new every week but at first it was really bad...it's hard to think of anything else when they are home but when you are waiting to get them in the first place..it's really tough!!
