| Is this normal? 2.2lbs? Rocky was born on December 20th. At this point he is 15 weeks old, and the scale says 2.2 lbs. He looks very small. Are we on the right track? |

| Sounds normal to me! What a cutie you have! Milli was born 11/27/06, so she's almost 17 weeks now, and weighs just 3 lbs. They say a good rule of thumb to find the adult weight is to take their weight at 12 weeks and double it, or weight at 8 weeks and triple it. |

| Guys....thanks for input. I just wanted to know how we are doing. Rocky looks a little bigger, and I just got a digital scale. I'm 182lbs, and he is 2.2lbs. Little monkey that he is. |

| Aw, he is beautiful! Sounds like a good weight to me! My little girl is 21 weeks old and only weighs 1 pound 11 ounces and I haven't had any problems with her so I think your little guy is doing just fine! |

| Sounds right to me. My baby girl is 4 1/2 months old (born Nov. 7, 06) and weighs just over 2lbs. She looks SUPER tiny. She hasn't grown at all lately according to the breeder. According to the puppy growth chart, she won't be more than 3lbs full-grown.

| Remember, Yorkies come in all shapes and sizes (just as we do!). The standard size is , at adulthood, between 4-7 lbs. Tia is approaching her 1st birthday on April 13th and she weighs 2.8 lbs. Although this is not standard, we love our tiny baby. If your baby is healthy (according to your vet) eating well and steadly gaining weight, don't worry. You have been blessed with a healthy pup!
