| You'll find most plastic bottles leak. Lixit Glass Bottles and those sold on Cherrybrook.com I've had no problem with. I prefer the lixit bottles because of the choice of several size spouts. Plastic has the ability of producing bacteria......

| I use water bottles for mine as well. I haven't used a bowl for them for a long time because I got tired of them either spilling water everywhere, something falling into the bowl and them getting water everywhere because the hair would get wet from drinking out of a bowl. I have several water bottles out for them, so they don't have to take turns unless they really want to. I am however considering getting them one of those pet fountains. The ones that filter themselves all the time to provide your dog with fresh clean water. Since it comes out in a stream or like a fountain, maybe their hair won't get as wet because they aren't dipping their hair into the water. At least if they drink from the fountain part and not from the bowl. But I am pretty sure mine would drink from the fountain part because the love drinking from a stream of water rather than a bowl.

They are nice, since the water is filtered, tried it, but found that the pups got their facial furnishings wet, just like a water bowl. Since I show dogs, I try to keep their facial furnishings as dry and clean as possible, even band the furnishings on the sides of their mouths before they eat.
