| I do People hair and if A person is not happy when a servious is done Our shop will never charge them. And if they come back and want a refund they get it. Not that it happens alot but when it does we do our best to make the client happy. Go in and ask for a refund It is worth it. and that way they will really know how unhappy you were. |

| Well you all can consider yourselves lucky. My mom took her maltese to get groomed and poor Snowy came home with razor burns all over his skin. It was so sad! Our dogs trust us and we took them somwhere where the people were rough with them and gave him razor burns. Poor Snowy!!! Its probably scary as it is being left with strangers and then somthing like this happens. But I do know your frusteration. Work so hard to grow their hair out beautiful and somone messes it all up. GO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! Christen |

| bye bye top knot zipper is 5 months and we've been so happy to be able to get his hair out of his eyes and into a top knot. I've been reluctant to take him to the groomer, but i knew his ears needed to be trimmed and the hair need to be plucked out from inside the ear. I took him to a recommended groomer over an hour away, left specific instructions, and picked up a beautiful little boy...who was missing his top knot. She said she usually trims little boys faces and leaves little girls. All well and good, but I ask for ONLY the ears and feet to be trimmed. I know it will grow, but I just hate to go through that stage where the hair is irritating his eyes all the time. |

| I started trimming Haruka's hair myself... so I can blame.. myself Sometimes I don't like how I cut her, but get to like it pretty quickly. I think for me it is ridiculous to take Haruka to a groomer and I don't notice any difference before and after... or hate the look.. so I decided to shave the $50 for something else. I could buy some nice dress for her instead. It is hard to find a good groomer .. but who knows.. you might start to like the looks too

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I bough clippers years ago and trim all my dogs now and even do dogs for the neighbors. It really is easy to learn and you never have to worry about someone not doing it right. There are instruction videos you can buy and watch to learn . It is so worth it!!

| I am so sorry. I just had a bad grooming experience myself last month! I had been trying to do the grooming myself, but struggled with a few things - evening up their long coats, the sanitary trim - what a mess it turned into - cut the face & not the hind ends for the sanitary trim. Which I didn't realize that part until I got home. Made me sick I paid for it! And I didn't go back & tell her how unhappy I was - shame on me! Go back - get your money - glad you're bf will go with you!! I'm done with groomers

| I think my groomers does an amazing job with my boys. They always are cut sooooo perfectly, Ive never complained about how they look. However they used clippers around their 'privates' and one of them got an infection, I had to take him to vet and fight with him for 10 days to give him antibiotics... so I told my groomer no more clippers. When I went to pick them up this last time, again they looked soooooo GREAT but she used the clippers around their anus and sure enough one of them kept going for it and licking his raw (I know this is probably TMI) so I know they are still using the clippers, not on their privates anymore, but now I have to specify that they do not use the clippers AT ALL... anywhere on them, they are both too sensative for them apparently.

| Teddy hates his face touched I don't think I could take the chance of grooming my own dogs. They are both such wigglers, I am afraid I would cut them. I really wish I could, it would only take me a couple of minutes, as they don't need that much, but they see me coming with the scissors and they freak. Teddy especially, refuses to have his face touched, where he needs it the most. So, I gave up. I have a mobile groomer, and I know he is very gentle with both of them, I am very satisfied with him that way, although their coats shine, and they smell so good, he leaves too much hair. I have told him what I would like, but to deaf ears. So, I am just the opposite to some of you, and the way your groomers have done your little ones. Janice |
