problems with marking

My yorkie is 2 years old. He is a great dog!!!! however, I cannot get him to quit marking. He was neutered at about 7 mos. Has anyone else experienced this problem. If so, what was the solution??

Once they start, its almost impossible to break them. I use belly bands on my 3 boys. I also made them "pee poles". Fill a 2 liter coke bottle with water. Set it on a pee pad and wrap and tuck another around the bottle. It attracts the little stinker like a magnet. If your not familiar with belly bands, if you do a search you'll find lots of info on them.

Thank you for answering my post. I was afraid that it would be next to impossible to break him from doing that. I think I will look into the belly bands.
