| Need Pet Cargo Info Please........ Hi, Which airlines allow pets to travel with a companion on the plane instead of going cargo? I have called NWA, and Delta and apparently they don't do this they go cargo and i do not want my pet being shipped to me that way. I have heard that some airlines will allow the pet to fly on the plane but which ones? |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | I don't know who you spoke with at Delta, but that information is totally false. I just flew from CA to VA with mine in the cabin via Delta. Also Delta allows 5 pets to fly in the cabin at the same time. Some only allow 2 animals in the cabin. When I was checking airlines...the only one I found that didn't let pets in the cabin was Southwest. You can go directly to whatever airline's website and read their policies...that's what I did.

| Northwest (NWA) allows in cabin pets as well...I think 2 per plane, depending on the size of the plane. Some of the smaller ones only allow 1. Usually I fly American though, and I've never had a problem with Winnie being in cabin. They never even check the health certificate. (But I always have one just in case). |
