What's your baby scared of? Neesa can be such a scaredy cat! She gets scared a bit too easily I think. ;) Things she's scared of is a clap of my hands and when I shuffle my feet really fast near her. She'll run for cover when that happens. |
Baby :) Baby is afraid of nothing :o I have to keep my eye's on her all the time she will attack anything (the sweeper, the broom, the cat, the rottwieler across the street  ) |
Willie isn't scared of anything!! He will try and attack whatever his little heart desires. I should have named him evel knievel because he loves to jump off of things I have to watch him closely, he is only 10 weeks old, and I don't want him getting hurt!! Sandra |
Toto has the little heart of a lion!! Toto is skittish at new sounds and things and always proceeds with caution. The only thing we have found that truly frightens her is two of our grandchildren. Noone can understand it because she is all over all other children!! Children aren't allowed to hold her but we let them sit on the floor and if she chooses .... she can climb all over them. They really enjoy her especially after she learned to "fetch"! They really tire her out with that! But, these two little boys [aged 6 & 5] just terrify her! We have tried everything we can think of to encourage her to like them [let them offer her favorite treat, etc.] but she will have no part of them. I feel so sorry for the boys because they tell her all the time how much they love her! Evidently one of them did something to her which she didn't like and we didn't see. I hope she will eventually get over whatever it is .... otherwise, she is a brave little girl! |
Otis is afraid of the Swiffer, but he is NOT afraid of the vacuum cleaner. Isn't that odd? He's also afraid when we fry things in a pan. I guess the crackling and popping noises scare him. |

One time, forever scared Scappy is afraid of 1) plastic bags like for groceries or trash bags, 2) laundry baskets of any shape, size, or color (because my husband put him in one for a few minutes while he was a pup), 3) a certain pair or Nike sandals that he was playing with one time and the velcro got caught on his fir, 4) coat hangers, one was laying on the couch and he jumped up on the couch and it popped up and hit him (like stepping on a rake) |
My Hailey is not scared of anything. |
Baby is a chicken! Well Baby is afraid of the weirdest things, and some normal things too! She is terrified of the vacuum cleaner, she hides in the bedroom shaking like it might come and find her and eat her? Weird I think. Plus she is afraid of coat hangers... no reason why, she just attacks them while I try and hang clothes up. Also, she goes crazy when we spray airfreshener she goes crazy, I think she must either be afraid of them, or she just hates them. She also goes crazy when anyone touches the blinds? She's just very silly. Oh and she dislikes all children, she runs as far away from them as she can get, or hides in my lap. |
brownie is scared of the vacuum wire not the vacuum and he hates boys from 9 to 15 i have to leep him away from them he goes right to bite them |
Loki is in general quite fearless, he isn't afraid of loud traffic, or big dogs or children. He is afraid of the vacuum cleaner- I have never met a dog who was not afraid of the vacuum cleaner. He is afraid of something weird though. If you put a plate with a bit of leftovers on the floor and the fork is on it- he runs- he is scared of forks...or plates with forks, we're not sure. But if you try to put one near him he either backs off completely or approaches very cautiously, then runs away. |
Loki also hates joggers- I have to keep him on a tight leash if a jogger runs by because he will rum right after them and try and attack their ankles. I think because we always run around the house and park playing with him, and he tries to catch us by our ankles. I just don't want him biting any strangers- although he is usually amazing and friendly around new people- he has a great personality! |
Vaccuum cleaner, hair dryer (though getting better) and any little bug that happens to be in the kitchen (like a small spider/daddy long legs) |
Sandy is scared of: Big dogs, kids that don't live in my house (weird, I know), and any quick movement of a man's hand. Tia was scared of my husband but we have been working on that and she's gotten better. He even got puppy kisses today! YAY! Other than that, she doesn't like loud children in the house, even when she is in another room. Can't say that I blame her, I don't either. (glad I ended up with calm quiet kids! No one in this house would be sane!! ;)) |
Gucci is not afraid of the vacuum, but when I use the attachments for it, he goes crazy!! Barking and biting it! He also freaks out when I use the feather duster. Doesn't like swearing or hitting! My boyfriend playfully swatted me on the butt, and Gucci got really protective!! My little Reese doesn't seem to be scared of anything. |
Zoey is affraid of the vacume cleaner. but when i mop she runs after that lol |
I am getting a kick out everyones posts!!!!! :p :p Luigi is afraid of the swiffer also, but he actually loves the vacuum cleaner. He acts like he's chasing it and trys to attack it, or try to hump it- can't figure out which one it is!!!!  He is also afraid of the doorbell. He runs and hides in his cage when he hears it ring in person or on TV. hahahah!!! :D :D And I don't think he likes me typing on my laptop. He's trying to get my fingers even now as I type!!!!  |
i have never had a dog that was this fearless, he isnt afriad of anything  |
Heh, Sheila used to be afraid of the swiffer but now she sees it as a challenge and tries to attack it! I've started to put her in her room (umm, I mean my bedroom ;)) when I use it because I worry a bit about the chemicals in the spray. Other than that she doesn't appear to be afraid of anything though she doesn't seem to like little children. |
The clicker used for clicker training! How crazy is that?! haha The trainer decided we should just use treats and leave the clicker out of it. I tried everything from clicking it inside my pocket, wrapping it in a towel and clicking it. Everytime i made that noise, Bouncer dropped down like I was beating him to death! Poor guy. lol |
Balloons It was my son's birthday and was getting ready for his party. I had only had Tommy for a week. I was blowing up some balloons and brought one to show him, he was scared of it so thought I would put the rest away and for get about the balloons. Well I left one in the living room and my husband kick it towards Tommy I swear my husband had step on him he yelp sooooo loud. After I ask what happened I was laughing sooo hard then got rid of the balloon and told my husband to stop..lol (it was crazy) also scared of the vacuum. and when i clap or shuffle my feet.. I call him MR. scaredy cat... :D |
Scared? Our Max is scared of nothing....he seems to have no fear....and that scares me!!! |
Not afraid Neither one of the boys is afraid of anything, except the sound of microwave popcorn popping. LOL. I have seen Garrett (all 5.5 pounds of him) get right into my daughter's 80 pound labradors face, but they are both terrified of micorwave popcorn. Go figure. |
What's Bo afraid of? Two words, in the house, nothing; outside, everything! I've never seen such a chicken sh** dog when it comes to sounds outside. A big dog barking, a man hammering down the street, a 4-wheeler, a stick falling from a tree, leaves rustling, and especially THE DARK!! My dog is actually afraid of the dark. It's made potty runs after dark quite a challenge! |
Both Buddy & Jake are afraid of the vacuum cleaner, but not when it is in the closet...only while it is out even if it is not running. Also they do not like anyone that has on sunglasses. Oh! They also do not like our 4-wheeler, my husband tried taking them for a ride on it and that did not last very long. I guess they may not like the noise from it. |
Hello! Im new on here! We have a 3 year old called Lucy and she is a real wimp!! She is even scared of banana skins, she sniffs them and then runs and hides behind the sofa! :) |
