Yorkies & pecan trees........ Where I live is the 'grandaddy region' for pecan trees......some years we have alot and some years....nothing. Well, this year must be a "BUMPER CROP" for pecans..because those long, stringy, wooly things are falling all over the yard (and in the pool!!!)...and Lil Bit gets them stuck to her like VELCRO!!! She can only run about 3 feet before she stops suddenly and tries to pull a dozen or so off her legs and belly!!!! Before she can come in the house I have to pull another dozen or so off!!! Is anyone else having a great year for pecans????? I think I will go buy the grooming clippers this weekend and trim her legs and belly (at least).

No pecan trees here, but we do have oaks which right now are dropping their "flowers". Long things that make such a mess. The boys come in and they look like loofa sponges . Then they drop them all over in the house and I'm forever vaccuming...Theresa & The Boys

We went to the river the other day and took Autumn, she can't figure out how come we were getting our fur all wet. She did get in and swim to me, she's a very good swimmer. But she had burrs in her hair, grrrrr. I kept her on a leash after I got them out. Sylvia
