speaking (typing) of paranoia........WHY on earth would you want a perfect stranger having your ADDRESS???????????I'd suggest that THEY send you a new order......or the next correspondence will be from an attorney......and if they give out your address there will be a lawsuit

Gosh, I never thought of someone else having my full name and address.. :eek: Hopefully we can assume they are nice people if they are spending so much money on their pooch. They ordered about 8 items!

they won't have your address unless the PlushPuppy gives it to them.......I'd tell them they do NOT have permission to give out your name and/or address under any uncertain terms

Wow, that was fast. I just got a reply from them.

They said my products will be coming directly from them.

They said as far as what I received, they basically don't care if they get it back cause they are phasing out of Plush Puppy and when inventory is gone they won't carry it anymore.

I thought Plush Puppy was all they carried?:confused:

So, that is taken care of. Thank all of you for your encouragement to take action on this.

And if anything weird shows up in the mail, I'll know who sent it:exclaim: :wavey:

Teri - I just got a response as well --

I don't know who you have heard from but most of our shipments go out within 1-3 days depending on if we are away at shows or not. We generally ship by Priority Mail. Our policy on lost and damaged shipments depends on exactly what has happened.

We are selling these products off our website in order to deplete our stock as once it is gone we will not be selling them anymore. We still have a lot of product left and that is why we are still selling the products. We get at least 20 orders per week and have relatively very few problems.

LOL -- just look out for weird unexpected "stuff" from Auntie :teethysmi

i ordered from them 3 weeks ago, and got my stuff in 3 days, no problems.

I like there product!
