| Parti Color Disqualification passed. I just heard that the YTCA passed the disqualification in the breed standard making both parti colors and off colors a disqualification. So that seems to mean that unless the parti colors and Biewars establish their own breed they won't compete in AKC? |

| I do know that the Biewer Clubs here in the US are working very hard to help get these Biewers recognized as a breed of its own. Its not something that happens over night. If you look at any of the newer breeds that are now recognized by AKC, you will see that their own Breed Club took many, many years of working hard to get them recognized! If you click on the link under my siggy, you will be able to see the steps that the BBCI is taking. Memebers of this Club, are working very hard, putting alot of time and energy into making this happen!!! There are many rarities shows that Biewers can be shown at. But its a start!!!! Its a slow process, but we have a very dedicated group to help ensure that one day they will be thier own breed! Our club is hoping to one day soon, hold our very own specialty show! YAY!!!!!!!! Baby steps! "Rome wasn't built in one day!"

I guess this means that a black and tan or black and gold (in addition to Parti, chocolate and other off colors) will automatically be disqualified if it tries to enter the show ring?
