| Coat Queston At what age does the coat change from baby to adult? Brissy is 18 weeks and her coat is super soft but as it grows it's getting tangled easier. I'd like to try the Cowboy Magic but she already gets greasy just 3-4 days after bathing. By the way, I did notice her eyes glowing green in the light at night. Thanks in advance. |

| Max gets greasy also after a couple of days. I found out it from the oils on our hands. If you use a liquid sanitizer on your hands several times a day it helps. Unless you use a lot of lotion on your hands it won't help. As for the coat, I'm not real sure.

| I am not sure when it the adult coat comes in. My boy has changed dramatically from when I got him at 12 weeks. He is 7 months now and his coat is coming in silky straight and tangle-free..........I love it! but it's very thin

| My hands are really dry as I am a nurse and I wash, wash, wash. Others hold her alot so I guess I just have to live with the wet look at times. |

| Same Issue... Like you, I am very curious as to how my yorkie will transition from coats.... Anyone have any detail as to how the transition occurs from black/tan to silver gray. I see some of the graying coming in the roots but I am interested in obtaining some insight. Also, unlike you I have the opposite occuring his hair is now wiry and a bit curly sort of cottony and i notice his roots and his hair is slowly going towards silky thin and grey at the top and some of his roots. |

| I use Cowboy Magic on my girl who has a cotton coat that tangles very easily. It works wonders. It's a silicone base that is used to reduce the oily feel of some lotions and makeup. I don't think it will make his hair more greasy. Tink's head is normal rather than cotton and there is no problem with oiliness after using the Cowboy Magic. It might help you. |
