He had it made at Brighton from a 4X6 picture in the mall. It is very well made. I am not sure what material the picture is on but it almost feels like a leather material. Like I could wipe it off if gets dirty.

I'm a Brighton addict! It could be leather, their bags very high quality but a bit pricey. They have a variety of photo handbags. They also make very stylish carriers for your furbabies.
