| Petsmart or Petco? Which do you all prefer and why? I need to go get food and supplies for our new yorkie-chi! Also she came with Diamond puppy food, what do you all like? I will post new pics of Marley (MiMi) as soon as I figure out how to resize them

| I personally like PetsMart better. They seem to have more of the brands that I like. There is even one near by that sells Cowboy Magic! I go to Petco more often just because it is closer to where I live.

| I personally prefer PetPeople, not sure if it's a CA thing. Prices are lower, better quality food and selection although it's MUCH smaller |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | I MUCH prefer Petsmart over Petco. While Petco DOES seem to have alot more of a clothes selection, alot of them aren't the cutest IMO - and the few clothes that Petsmart does have, are always MUCH cuter than the clothes at Petco. JMO though. Another reason I always try to stay away from Petco is because OMG - every time I go into one it is just a complete WRECK!! The store just seems to be completely torn apart and everything is sooo messy. Just doesn't seem clean at all IMO. And Petco in general just doesn't seem to have as many products as Petsmart does. So...I would choose Petsmart over Petco ANY day!

| Haven't heard of Petpeople, and I'm not crazy about PetSmart or Petco. Petco being my least favorite. I love the independent pet shops that have all the nice things you don't see everywhere, and the people are always so nice and helpful. |

| I have never been to a PetCo -- we only have a Petsmart in a nearby town. We are supposed to get a Petsmart in our county soon and that would be great. As far as Diamond pet food -- I think it is great. They had a big problem in 2005 when corn mold got in their food. But they no longer use corn in any of their foods and the ingredients are first rate! My dogs LOVE Diamond foods. I have them all on Canidae right now because it is an all life stage food. I have 4 from puppy to senior so it works out easily. But my Yorkies liked the Diamond Small Breed Puppy food best of all.

| I like Petsmart. I drive 10 miles to go to Petsmart when there is a Petco less than 1/2 mile from my house. None of the clothes at Petco fit my dogs and the store always stinks and is unbearably hot inside for some reason. Petsmart is a little cheaper too it seems. The employees are super nice at both stores though.

| I personally like Petsmart better. In my area, they are a lot bigger so Rocky has more room to walk around, and they have a lot more selection for dog supplies. Petco usually has cuter clothes though.

| I go to Petsmart for the simple reason being it is the closest to me - and it's 50 miles away! Because of the distance, I don't go that often and when I do, I stock up - at least 3 months worth of food and treats. I feed mine Royal Canin and they love it, especially Gage who is a picky eater.

| Add me to the PetSmart band wagon. I think it is much better than Petco. I think the staff are friendlier and more helpful too....at least they are at the stores around here. |
