| I think Darla's pregnant... Yesterday when I was bathing Darla I noticed she was pretty swollen, I took her to the vet today to see if he could tell and he said he was pretty sure she was pregant. Reece wore belly bands and I NEVER saw them tie ever?? I didnt even see him really try to often to hump her and when he did, he was wearing his belly band and I would stop him right away. I weighed Darla at the vet while we were there and she was 6.3 pounds and she has been 5 pounds even every other time we have had her weighed. I thought she seemed heavier lately. She was in heat at the beginning of February so I will probably go with the 1st-3rd as her possible days that she could have gotten pregnant... Reece is almost 4 pounds so I am not worried about anything. Darla was also throwing up last week or the week before...morning sickness maybe...so we are looking at pups for the first week of April or so...I think lol... Dawn |

| Im so unsure..Darla is having "morning sickness", gained 1.3 pounds and is peeing in the house once in a while...the vet checked her out really good so I know she isnt sick and she acts like her spunky self...she is just wayyyyy more loveable and cuddly...I wonder if she is or not?? Its been a month since I think she may have gotten pregnant but only her mammory glands are swollen..I dont feel babies yet...so frustrating lol...I wish there was a little stick she could pee on to tell us if she is or not...im have the worst patience!! | If this is her first heat, I'd have her spayed. A dog on it's first heat could die along with the pups. It's not healthy at all. |
