| We are going to be in a doggie parade & contest!! Our local humane society is hosting a benefit parade and doggie contest to help off set the costs of running the facility. We are soooooo excited!!! The theme is mardi gras- mascarade, so we wanted to enter "Best LICKER" (got that in the bag, hubby thinks..lol) and "LOOK ALIKE " so we need ideas..... what should we wear? Gizmo & I since it is themed? |

| Well, before I remember that the theme was mardis gras, I was thinking that you and gizmo could wear matching poodle skirts and hair bows! BUT since there is a mardis gras theme... Maybe you and gizmo could wear matching jester hats...I know have seen them for both people and dogs. You could both have matching mardis gras beads and a matching vest made out of hideously bold purple and green fabric. Vests are easy to sew for people AND dogs and would at least be a "one of a kind" look for that day. And if you wanted to take it even further, maybe you could do something with shoes for you and gizmo...like run ribbon through the holes for laces and add jingle bells or something. That's all I have for now...I'll keep thinking!
