| Puppies due any time Zowie is on day 59ish. I feel so bad for her being all fat. I can feel the little babies moving their legs, it is sweet. She is panting tonight, I am not sure if that is a sign of being ready. I am sorta scared, our first (and probably last) litter. I bought a thermometer, but I am afraid to take her temperature. I moved her bed into our room tonight because my husband wants her to sleep with us and I think our bed is to high if she wants to jump down. Keep us in your prayers that all will go well.

| Thanks, but I find I want to sit by her all day with my hand on her tummy. My poor little girl cant even run anymore, she can still jump up on the couch. And when it comes to the other pets (bronx and 2 cats), she attacks them viciously every time they come near her. I am looking forward to peace coming back into the house (maybe a couple of weeks?)

| Lady's pup will be 3 weeks on Wed. She also ran around panting for 2 days before giving birth on the 3rd day. I didn't use a thermometer because I would have had to fight with her and I didn't want to stress her on her first litter. She WAS a day late on giving birth. Sylvia |

| I must have missed this thread when I didnt have computer access. How is your Zowie doing? Any pups yet? How many? Male or female? Sorry for all the questions. My Angel just had her puppies 19 days ago and I was TERRIFIED. As many people on here know, I was going INSANE. I kept a lot of yorkie talk members up all night long while I was freaking out. Fortunately, there are some wonderful people here who got me and Angel through it.

| She had five puppies on Sunday morning. At 4:45 she had the first boy. 3 boys, 2 girls. She did a wonderful job (on my comforter.) She is a wonderful mom, she and puppies are doing great. I think they have each gained about 2 oz in 2 days except for my little no. 3. He is about the same and I keep holding him until he sucks on, several times a day. She starts licking him and knocks him off. He seems to weigh the same (approx. 4 oz) I am using an old postal scale to weigh them, so it is not all that precise below ounces. Do you think I should feed him myself as well? Thanks for checking on us. It has been a very busy (now three days) Zowie keeps me hopping. She wants me around a lot. Every time the pups are asleep, I have to entertain her until she hears a squeek, then I am free for another 15 min to an hour.
