| Oh boy...double trouble! I knew we had a cyote in our neighborhood because I saw it about 20 feet from my front deck...but...today we saw a pair! They were out on the lake for 5 hours that I know of...first I just saw the female but later the male showed up. Great...now I'll have to keep a closer eye on the boys when I take them outside. I think they need a body guard! Isn't it kind of strange for cyotes to be out in daylight like this? They look so scruffy and unhealthy...do they pull their hair to line their den like rabbits do? I took a few pictures of them...check out the last picture...I think they have fleas... Oh...and I don't know about a bear pooping in the woods but I do know a cyote poops on the lake! Yah...with a good zoom sometimes you see way too much! |

| Oh, I will definitely keep a close eye on my boys! They were barking through the front door and I didn't want the cyotes to hear them so I closed it. They don't even need to know my boys live here...well, I'm sure they probably do already but there's no sense in inviting them right to the front door! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | oh wow - that's beautiful AND scary at the same time - poor guys - they must be hungry.....but we don't want them knowing there are little yorkies in the house is right....I'd be very very careful too |

| That's what we figured too...they must be hungry. Is this the time they would have pups? Even though I know what they are capable of I did find myself hoping they wouldn't fall through the ice. I mean...they haven't done anything bad and everything has a right to live...right? I kept thinking if they did fall through...what would I do or who would I call? You can't just rescue them like a dog...they'd take your arm off...but I couldn't just do nothing either. See...I'm too soft...that's why I can't watch the nature shows! |

They are actually pretty but I know what they can do so they bare watching. Our neighborhood has a newsletter so I talked with the president today and he came down and saw them too. They're going to send out info for everyone just so they are aware that they're here and we can all be cautious. | |

| Thank you trini and Patti. I was surprized to see them on the lake for so long. I took the boys out at about 7 a.m. and those cyotes were still on the lake at 11:30 or 12:00. They must have some tough feet! |
