My question for that lady. If she bought and received sick dogs from Brushy Creek, then why did she stay with them and work with them for YEARS???

My thoughts exactly! Sounds like a business agreement gone bad. She probably wasn't getting enough of the cut so she decided to take him to court, talk bad about him ( not that there is anything good to say ) and try to save "her reputation!" Nice, really nice!
