| Good question I was also thinking the same thing if I don't get Bailey fixed and we get a girl how do we keep them apart? I am anxious to hear the responses!

| okay here 's the answer. I have onee adult male and three adult females. When one of the girls is in heat, into the crate they go. Theey will bleed for a few days, then start flirting with the male and you will see the male trying to mount her but she won't stand still because all she wants to do is flirt. During this time is the time to crate her because if you turn your head for just a mminute, they might tie and you will have babies. Also, I make thee girl and my male take turns in the crate. When I am switching them out of the crate, whichever one is out, stays in my hands until the other is safely locked up in the crate. Just a word of advice, they will try to do it thru the crate and I know of one case that did do it thru the crate. it's a wonder the little male wasn't killed. So, what I am going to do next time one of my girls is in, is put an extra crate in there a few feet away from the other one so they are both crate. Then I will let one out for a couple of hours, then the other. You'all need to have those dogs fixed unless you plan to breed at some point. |

Peeka Boo I See You! Donating Member | Well Daisy is just a baby 16 weeks and Peeka is 10 months i put a diaper on Daisy for now but she still has Giardia so she stays in the play pen a lot because she isn't potty trained. Now Peeka has turned from Mr. Fluff-N-Stuff to Sir Humps Daisy Alot (hahahaha Sorry i had to) It gets really annoying!!!
