| I have 10 right now counting Chance (on my avatar) and Caleb who are puppies. I have 8 that are mine to keep. It isnt too bad. Right now it is silent and they are all laying down and sleeping like angels. Most of the time I have them all in bed sleeping with me too. LOL Well someone just came to the door so the silent part no longer is true. Last edited by CO_yorkie_momma; 02-07-2007 at 05:50 PM. | I have just Zada and Azrael, and with the brushing hair and teeth each day, and a bath every few days, playing with them, walking them and taking them everywhere I go, it would not be possible for me to spend all the quality time if I had 10. I'd have to have a full time maid to take care of the household cleaning and cooking just so I'd have time for the brushing and all, and forget about taking them everywhere with me. WEW!! No, not for me. |

| I just have 2 pets total, I think the most I'd ever have would be 3. I spend so much time on them as is, grooming, daily brushing, brushing teeth nightly, weekly baths, night time wipe downs, supplements, daily walks, training, not to mention changing their clothes I love to spoil my babies and buy them toys and clothes and treats all the time, I think if I ever had more than 3 I'd go completely broke! Not to even mention my paranoid mind and having to run to the vet when their is the slightest sniffle. I love yorkies and once you have one then it's like "oh, I want a trillion of them!" then you add another and it's like WOW this is a lot of work and the idea of 10, at least to me, just sounds exhausting! I don't know how I'd get anything else done! I like spending one on one time with my dogs and taking them with me when I go out places, things like that. If I had 10, personally, I think I'd feel bad that I couldn't give each one of them the same type of treatment as they would have if I only had 2 or 3. |

| I have four and love them but can't imagine having more then that. We started with one and after seven years my husband finally gave in for a second, then Newman wasn't well and we didn't want Bella to be alone so we got Noel and then Newman got better and we had three then we just got Tia a Morkie in October, she was my b.d. present. Yorkies are like potatoe chips, ya can't just have one. LOL. By the way, hubby loves having them all and said he wished we'd done it sooner. Four is it though but if anything happens to Newman who is now ten I think we'd get another male. Elaine |

| Oh God!! I cannot imagine the sheer amount of pee and poop! You'd need one heck of a fenced-in yard and a good size doggy door.

| At this time I have 11....7 adults and 4 puppies......No, doggie door, as I don't let them out unsupervised. All are trained on piddle pads (yes, of course we have accidents). Lots of baby gates and x-pens make it manageable.
