| question about upset tummy this is gross, but my baby has had runny stool off and on, everday i say i'll take her to the vet, then she is ok-has a firm one-but then later she'll have a more runny one. I am not sure whether it was the Deter i had given her on sat and sun or it it's a new bully stick we bought-OR- i guess it could have been from a gravy (puppy formula) we added to her food to try and get her to eat it on my schedule- I have been giving her rice (which she picks at but doesnt eat) she acts like she's starving, so i have been going ahead with her food and nutrical-I just have been giving her a little tiny bit of kaopectate for kids since she might have cramping tummy???? (vet said this was ok til I could make it in) she is 3 and 1/2 mo's old and is about 4 lbs-is playing eating drinking like normal....so i hate to over-react and take her in when she just probably didnt agree w/something-what would you do??? Its tough to get into the vet with work... I was thnking of waiting til sat unless it gets worse... is that a bad mommy?? |

| You shouldnt let diahrea go on for more than 2 days without a vet visit they can dehydrate. Also dont give keopectate. My vet said there is something in the new version of it that is unsafe for dogs
