| No Longer a Member | Oh yes...When she's all quiet and snuggly, then everyone fights for her, but when I ask my son or my husband to take her out to go potty....sheesh! Husband: "I told you I didn't want to be responsible for taking a dog out." but at snuggle time, he's all "my dog" |

				   | I still have a 19 yr old daughter (in college, but lives at home)and a 17 yr old son at home. My daughter is usually very good about watching the dogs. She worries more than I do, but my son wellllll that's a differant story. If we are going to be gone and he's in charge... I tell him to put the baby (Abbie) into her kennel if he can't keep a close watch on her. Reesie is completely house broken so I don't worry about her. I don't like coming home to messes either and Abbie will sit by the door briefly when she has to potty. I can't depend on my son to see that brief moment so she's usually in her kennel when we get home. Sometimes at our house we have to have the "Come to Jesus Meetings". This straightens everyone up for a while.

				   | My daughter's (17) great about taking Riley out. If my son (17) is the only one home, I have to call him & tell him to walk Riley. As for my husband, he's great. He walks Riley as soon as he gets home from work. I guess I'm pretty lucky, since I've been working longer days lately & I have to depend on the whole family. |

				   | Perhaps its time for "Its not my laundry", "Its not *my* tummy thats growling" and "Its not me who needs a lift to XXX" Obviously they need reminding how much Mummy does for them so they can return the favour. |
