| Who tends to your furbabies? Grant it, I'm a stay at home furbaby mommy. I take care of the 3 of them all day. I make out the bills, search for cheapest rates on insurance. Laundry, cook, moe the yard. Do all the shopping including buying all of his clothes. If they don't fit, take them back & get the right size. I run the house. I think I do a pretty good job at it also. My hubby works all week & has the weekends off most of the time. It would just be nice if hubby helped with the furbabies on the weekend. Sometimes it doesn't seem like I get a break at all. I give all their baths, take them to the vet, groomers, feed them, change their pee pads. I do it all! I just needed to vent a little. Weekends come, hubby on the couch watching tv all day. I understand he is working outside of the house all week, but I think I do quite a bit around here also. Sometimes I just don't feel appreciated. Do your hubbies or boyfriends help you with your furbabies?

| My BF helps with my baby if I 'ask' him to, just like he helps around the house if I 'ask' him to. Sigh. He's the sweetest man but just doesn't think of things needing to get done unless I point them out

| Pretty much me, me and me. But my two kids (ages 10 and 7) have really been doing their share. I have to tell them what needs to be done, but they are actually doing great!!!! I do have to say that yesterday I had a bit of a bug, and they set the timer for 30 minutes everytime they brought Scruffy out, so they knew when the next time to bring him out was. DH does NOTHING, but he didn't want him in the first place, but I have to say DH let Scruffy 'sit on his lap' yesterday , which was a HUGE treat for Scruffy, because he doesn't get much daddy attention (or as my daughter says........she says my son and her are the parents and Me and DH are Aunts and Uncles , LOL!!!!!) |

| Wow, I'm kinda surprised! My husband loves the furbabies as much as I do. He feeds them, gives them baths, takes them out, everything. They were my idea to get them, but they are definitely "HIS" dogs too. I think he even worries about them more than I do, we have eagles and hawks around our lake and he is always telling me that he saw them flying around and to be careful (like I don't know this). The only thing he doesn't do is put Carley's hair up into a ponytail. He does brush them though, and he will put their jackets on them if they are going outside. He also will take them to work with him, if I am going to be out of town. Guess, I am even luckier than I thought Oh, yes, he always did kid stuff too when our boys were smalller, from day one he was in there changing diapers and all. I think I am going to go out and hug him right now!!

| Our children and our furbabies are definitely taken care of my both me and my partner! I am also a 'stay-at-home mommy' of 3 children, and 4 furbabies.....3-14 week old puppies and their 2 year old daddy! So I do most of the daytime routine of cleaning up after them, our out-side time, morning feedings, daytime snacks..etc., but April does most of that in the afternoon. We both are in love with all of our babies and enjoy doing things with and for them. I must admit that she has been taken on most of the responsibility since I had my surgery last week......but it's good for her!! She does give them their bath 90% of the time.......hurt my back to wash, dry, and brush 4 babies!! |

The Eagles thing does scare me too. We live on a lake, a good portion of it freezes over in the winter (there may be some open spots that the eagles love) and just about a week ago, I saw an eagle grab a full grown Mallard, and take it up and eat it in a high tree. I hadn't thought about my baby until I saw that, and that reminded me, but Scruffy never goes outside unsupervised, but it scares me for the summer when I will put him in an ex-pen for a while a let him get fresh air. | |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I guess I'm lucky too. My husband will brush the dogs and help clean up accidents. The dogs love to sit on his lap and large recliner when we watch tv in the evenings. |

| My Husband feeds them and takes them to the groomers and sometimes the vets. I groom them brush their teeth, bathe them, clean up after them and walk them.

| My DH helps with everything but the baths I have to twist his arm for that. Sometimes if he sees an accident he will just leave it for me but most of the time he'll clean it up. |

| Hmmmm....I do all the shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, kid taxiing, & doggie stuff and I work @ 32 hours a week lately (much more when we are busy)......he does the lawn (seasonal) and homework help (but I do the homework 'projects'). Doesn't seem quite balanced?? But from my gang of gals...it does seem the norm. |

| I use to do all those things PLUS take care of all 6 kids by myself. My ex. was a chemical engineer who thought wives were mindless idiots and their only roll in life was staying home and taking care of everything including him. I took all 6 boys, walked out and never looked back. Now I have a wonderful husband who won't let me lift a finger to do any of the heavy things. He cooks, cleans, washes and irons and takes care of the dogs by even cooking for them like I do, whenever I'm not home. We go out to eat quite a bit and we have a gardner. Life is great!!! |

| My kids help with mine. Hubby helps with the bigger dogs. The little ones, the kids pick up after, give baths. We are still new to the little ones ( Yorkies) so they are still learning how to potty train. But for the most, the kids are great! |
