| Kizzy has a new home: I thought I was ok when I said we were keeping her, but hubby was kinda disappointed and ask me to put an ad back in the paper. I told him no, I wont sell her to someone I'm not sure will give her a loving home. So one of the ladies from yt had contacted me earlier about taking her when I had place the ad. She seemed really interested and i've gone thru her post and reviewed them and I think she was about as good for her as anyone would be. So I pm'd her and she called me right away and still wanted her. She picked her up last night and I wont mention who it was yet, as she wanted me to wait and let her post, about having her now. I think kizzy will be happier with these people and they will give her a good home, especially after meeting her. So you will soon see who it was once she has time to put her post on. I wasnt gonna mention it at all until she posted but I changed my avatar not thinking about it would change it for all my old post too and I just didnt post anything for a couple days. So, I dont think anyone here will fault me anymore for rehoming her when they find out who has her. I still love Kizzy and I miss her. Might have made a mistake yet I dont think we did as far as Kizzys concerned. I'm almost positive she will be so happy there. Kizzy needed a loving home with lots of activity. Maggie needs a loving home without much activity as she is not much of a playing fighting dog. They loved playing together for a little while then kizzy would hold maggie down and try to force her to take the other end of a toy in her mouth to keep playing tug of war, then if maggie would try to get away kizzy would hold her and bite on her, then when I made kizzy get off her, she would run and hide. And for a while everytime she saw kizzy coming towards her she would run. Maggie is scared of so many things. She is scared of a plastic bag rattling if I try to put something in it she runs and hides. She is also scared of the mop, broom, vacuum, and any strange rattling noises. she is on the lazy more gentle side. She is actually the kind of dog I was looking for when I found kizzy. I think the lady that took Kizzy can tell you they were so different. So since I met this lady, I feel better about the decision so far other than still loving kizzy and missing her, but at least I can still see her pictures on here and see how she grows up. but I will get over it. Anyway, my avatar avatar and signature told on me already. so thought I would at least tell everyone she is gone yet I cant say to who yet.

| Oh, big hugs to you! I can imagine how hard that must've been and I'm sure in your heart you did it for the right reasons. I am sure if Kizzy went to a YT member she will certainly be loved and enjoyed! And, like you said, this way you will still be able to see pictures of her and see how she is doing! Can't wait to see who the lucky person is, she is a beautiful little girl who deserves all the best! |

| kizzy giving me bye bye kisses and see if this man looks like a happy camper now that she is leaving. I sneaked my camera in when he was talking to kizzy and got this real quick before knew. He would never admit he is sad or misses her tho. These were made when he first got in from work and were waiting for kizzys new mom. He dont look to happy to me in this one. He is just a big ole soft hearted bear. I just wanted yall to see, that we didnt hate kizzy and she is a good girl and to me she is just beautiful and getting more beautiful as she ages. One thing I know, she had a good life here too. She just needed more activity. I've never posted my pic on the internet before but now you see why.

| Awww, those pics have me all weepy now I know that you're going to miss her so much! You did what was better for her, and that IS the ultimate demonstration of TRUE LOVE Your hubby sure looks heartbroken in that pic, isn't it funny how men try to hide their true feelings out of fear that they'll appear "weak" or something?

| Maggie and Kizzy sound like Kiki and Mazie....two totally different personalities, but, mine make it work. I'll be honest, I have a hard time understanding why you rehomed her, BUT, there is NO doubt that you loved/love her, and none of us have walked in your shoes...only you know your dog, and know your home. I KNOW this has been a torturous decision for you to make. I'm so glad she's staying in the YT family, and I know you are too! I bet the house is a lot quieter now, huh?! PS...LOOOOOOVE the pictures!!!!
