Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() Pixie, the 13 month old I got a few days ago absolutely screams when I put her in her playpen even though she was in a pen at the breeders her whole life. Even though my other 2 dogs are home she screams. I talked to the Breeder todayand she told me she is spoiled already and to put her in her pen and leave her until she is quiet for a fww minutes and then praise her. I tried it just now and she screamed and jumped for 14 minutes before taking a minute break so I went in and told her good girl and let her out. I will try that everyday a couple of times but it about kills me. Cali was great in her pen from day one and loved to go in it. SO having multiple dogs doesn't always help. I hope we can all get our babies adjusted.

| ![]() Since I just got Angel and Sissy was always good about going to her "room" when I needed to leave, I still felt guilty and wanted her to have a playmate. It is much to early to leave them alone together though. They still wrestle quite a bit and can get rough with each other, though I do think they are bonding well and playing together nice as well. Plus, with Angel not being potty trained and inconsistently using the paper, climbing out of her X-pen and chewing on everything (especially wood), there is no way I dare leave them alone together yet. So, Sissy has graduated to free run of the house and Angel goes to her "room" (our downstairs bathroom) where there are no cords or wood and a linoleum floor. But, it so much fun having two!!!
