| That's great news. Maybe if you added a doggie door that goes out to a protected area of your yard would help.

| What about someone to come in during the day to walk Miko??? That eases our mind a great deal when we both have to be gone all day.

I know that if you would have given it away and later know that you could have managed to keep him would have kill you. You need to be very sure when taking this type of decision or you may regret it a lot. You can't get it back once he's gone. So, good for you! I know that if you really love him, you'll find a way! |

| I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Oh this is the best news EVER! I am sooo happy to hear that you decided to wait and see what happens. Sometimes our lives get really overwhelming and we make snap decisions that we may end up regretting later Once he is gone, he is gone permanently...so I am glad to hear that you decided to give it all a second chance before rehoming him FOR GOOD He really is truly, TRULY a beautiful boy! Congrats to you and BIG hugs to Miko!

| I'm sure you will be able to work it out. The doggie door to a protected area was a great suggestion. |

| I just read the thread...It's great that you decided to keep Miko, and I'm hoping things will get better and he won't need to be rehomed. I also think if maybe you added a doggie door to a fenced in area in the yard it would help the situation. Maybe someone can stop by during the day to play with Miko a bit ? Is there any doggie daycare he might go to 1-2 days a week? I'm sure he gets a lot of love and attention at night and during weekend, I keep my fingers crossesd so everythings works out!
