| If the pup is healthy , he don't need to have canned food . Dry food is better for his teeth . |

| I suggest you chat about this with your Vet. My Vet said puppies should have some canned food. Your puppy will eat what amount he wants to eat. I feed Gracie a small handful of kibble (maybe 1/4 cup or a bit less) mixed with about 2-3 Tablespoons of canned food. I use a small cat dish saucer, and just cover the bottom with one layer of the kibble. If the canned is left over in the fridge, I microwave the dry/canned mix for 6 seconds. Stir it up again and it is ready to go. This is the only way I get Gracie to eat dry food. If she does not eat it all, I know I gave her too much or she had too many treats earlier in the day. By 4 months, Gracie started not eating her lunch so she is fed only twice daily. I also give her a snack of Yogurt ( a couple of tablespoons) before she goes to bed (vanilla, low fat and sweetened with honey or sugar).

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I mix a teaspoon of cottage cheese with his kibble to encourage Bengi to eat. It has helped a lot and I don't have to give him canned food. |
