You did a good job , she looks great, My two got new cuts to and ended up a little shorter each time I tried to even it up, its growing back now, but I guess thats how we learn. lol

thank you yeah, she starte off with really long hair. I knew I wanted it a bit shorter but she really got a lot cut off. She looks like she lost about 10 lbs

If she lived in my area poor thing would be stuck indoors! too cold up here for such a short cut! She looks like one of those cartoons where the characters fur falls off, all of it, and they try to cover up with their arms and put their shaking legs together!

I can definately relate. Awhile ago I had nice clippers and the died half way through me cutting my cocker Peppi and I had to scissor the rest, it took me hours!! She has such thick hair and right now I have cheap pet clippers which take forever to cut through her hair!! As soon as I come up with the money, I am buying better clippers. I was thinking about getting Andis clippers, my groomer uses them and everyone said they are really good. What do you think?? I am glad to know I am not the only one who has a cocker with thick hair, I see those with cockers who have the straighter nice show coats and wish Peppi's hair was like that. Just curious do you belong to a cocker online forum??

I have heard those are good clippers. I think that is what I am getting this time around. I am curious to know what others think of them as well...

no, I do not belong to a cocker forum...do you know of a good one? I have found one or two but they seam dead. like no one is ever there. one of them has not had a post since last september, another one has not had a post since april of 2005

Awww!! she's too cute!! Despite being a big yorkie (he's 6 pounds at 5 months) Whenever I give Banks his bath, I realize how tiny he is!!
