| Trying to breed one more time... Hello all! Paisley is in again, and we just hit 14 days after the beginning of bleeding. She has only flagged Rocket (my roommate's male) once and they locked this past Wednesday (Day 10), but haven't since. She seems to be interested in him, but only rolls over after she flags him. Is this normal? Also, Rocket is almost impossible to handle. He won't even go out to potty because when they go out together, he only follows her everywhere, and when he goes out alone, he only sits and cries to go back in. Any suggestions on how to handle either of the two? |

| At 14 days her optimum time for breeding should be passed, that may be why she's not seriously interested anymore. If after a few weeks her vulva remains swollen, that's a good sign that she is. You stated that this is her second breeding. What was the outcome of her first? As for the lil man, take him out on a leash and tell him to go potty. Until her heat is over you may want to keep them apart, especially when they are unsupervised. One tie can result in pregnancy, you'll just have to wait and see.

| The first time I tried breeding them, she had a false pregnancy. The poor little girl...I really think she was heartbroken. However, that time they did not lock like they did last week. Thank you so much for your help! I'm doing my homework, but I can use all the advice anyone is willing to give! |
