| anyone seen a crate with a divider? The good news is that I found a very small crate but the bad news is that it was apparently still too big for our Jewels. We've blocked most of the crate off inside with towels and a small board wedged in. So she doesn't do the doo with the tiny space we give her. When I recently took out the towels and the board (gave her the entire room in this small crate), she poo'd in the crate. I think it would be great if crates came with easy-to-use dividers that you could adjust for growth and progress. Maybe they are already out there and I just haven't found one like that? Anyone know for sure? It's just kind of awkward using the towels and board! |

| Ebay has them with dividers, not sure if dividers could be found seperately. http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-30-Two-Door-...QQcmdZViewItem

| Mine came with a wire divider. I got it at Walmart. I'm sure glad it did, cause mine is a larger crate, probably about knee high! You can also put boxes in the back to divide it with. |

| My husband made a divider out of peg board and then used those zip ties to secure it to the crate. Hope this helps!

| a friend of mine bought one for her jack russel that had the divider in it. she got it from petsmart. good luck!! I am very lucky that maggie has never messed in her crate. and it is pretty big....not huge but def. bigger than she needs. I got very lucky with that because I have had a dog in the past that would mess in his crate and then play in it. ooooh...that was so hard!! again...good luck

| Thanks you all. The crate was only $15 at Target (maybe more like a travel crate) and it came with a soft fabric mat but no divider. I like the crate a lot except for a metal piece that sticks up at the top of the door fastener. It would be dangerous if someone were to fall onto the metal piece. For that reason alone I should look for another crate anyway. I still think a divider should be standard equipment on all crates! |

| I buy all of my crates from Pet Edge and they are very sturdy and have dividers but they are a bit pricey. By the time you pay for shipping they will run you about 190.00 each. |
