| Did Spaying change your female? I had Silk spayed about a month ago and I have not noticed much of a change in her. Did anyone notice changes in thier females after having them spayed? |

| Biddy didn't change at all (and I was nervous that she would). She was back to her normal self after a few days & there haven't been any noticable differences in her personality at all (thank God!!)...

| Brittni is a little more laid back actually. She will actually lay on the couch with me & not try to jump down. Also, she is resting more instead of going non-stop. It took about 2 weeks for me to see this change though. She is 5.5 months old & was spayed on May 3. ...this may be due to just normal maturing though & not necessarily the actual spaying? |

| Lillie had her "lady surgery" as my grandmother would have said at 6 months and it didn't change her a bit! |

| I am sooo glad to hear these responses! Esme's surgery is scheduled for June 6 and I was worried she would be different afterwards too!!! I am so happy to hear that your babies eventually went back to their old selves.

| Sophie didn't change at all after spaying either. She's quite the frisky one, and some people told us that she would "mellow" after the surgery. Well, that hasn't happened for sure! She's the same dynamo she has always been! |

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | Magic had her surgery about a month ago now and she hasn't changed one bit..she is her normal hyper self...she does "act" more mature but I think that has to do with her getting older...Sailor has her surgery this Thursday and we hope all goes well with hers...!!

| Boo Boo Didn't Change At All Last summer I had Boo Boo spayed when she was six months old. She didn't change in any way, and you can barely see her scar. |
