I realize this but if some of the things were not noticed for several days then you could be into the incubation period. Correct? And they could just be picked up especially if say on Saturday you buy a puppy and you wait until say Wednesday to get the dog looked at by a vet.

You are right Momma I believe there maybe little bits of truth sprinkled about but we are not to decide this here. Like I have said from my early early post (you know before I made this such a big deal) there are two sides to every story. I Know the issue between these two will not be solved here.

It appears as Mr. Moore has made an attempt and it appears that Woof has made an attempt as the BBB would put it this case should be "Administratively Closed"

Thank you Co yorkie Momma, obviously she was one of the lucky ones to have gotten a healthy puppy from that place. She obviously doesn't care because it wasn't her puppies involved. My mom did get a puppy too at the same time as I did and her's was sick also, but not as severe as mine was, hers had runny stools and had eye ulcers that the vet gave antibiotics for, due to the simple fact that I was already having issues with my puppy and my mom was ill at the time as well she decided a month later to sell the puppy (of course after it was healed) because she was no longer able to care for it on her own.

So evidently there was only 1 (sick) puppy.

Ok let me clarify it in simple terms.
1. I bought 1 puppy and my mom bought 1 puppy in March 2006
2. I brought my puppy back because it was deathly ill 1 day later (not 5, it would of died by then at my home)
3. My mom kept hers because it was not as sick as mine was, and she took it to the vet 3 days after she bought it.
4. My moms puppy got cured
5. the one I brought back died at there place (according to Dawn)
6. I went in the end of July or beginning of August and got my puppy #2 replacement per contract.
7. Brought puppy #2 home and the next day it was deathly ill, took it to the vet it was put on IV Fluids and was diagnosed with coccidia
8. 2 days after that took her to the vet again she was diagnosed with kennel cough (a rare strain from another country) vet told me it would take longer the usual for the puppy to get better.

Ok, so any questions?????

Oh, and I never cussed anyone on the voicemail as BCKFan said, I did send them offensive emails though. They have lied to me over and over again and they still are..... so oh well whatever, and who's the one with the bad rep here anyways. This is about Brushy Creek investigation not my investigation I was only a very dissatisfied customer and I will never forget it.

Woof Shepard.. I just wanted to say how sorry I am that you had to go through all of this. You and the puppies were the victims here, so I find it sickening that "Mr. Moore" and his associates are trying to make you seem like the bad guy here. I'd be HIGHLY upset and not easy to please if I'd received two puppies as well... I can't think of anyone who would come away from that situation satasfied based on what they did for you.

And in regards to the read the contract comment.. that just shows how uncaring and money hungry the kennel is. A TRUE breeder would never allow things to get out of hand like this.. ever.
