I really don't think anybody owes you any proof. You obviously haven't done your homework if you think that the people who post on this forum are the only ones that have issues with how this man does business. Take a look at his BBB reports (they are available online).

I would also suggest that instead of continuing this dialog demanding proof that he is selling sick puppies, you go hug the 2 healthy pups you claim to have bought from him and thank your higher being that you are one of the lucky ones.

Of course this is just MY humble opinion.

Yes I agree I think that would have been the thing to do rather than offering more sick puppies

Ok Why is it she said she only took one back? The other was her mom's, and she did not take it back!

Ah yes, contracts. Most attorneys will tell you they aren't worth more than the paper they are typed on. I doubt that sway a judgement if taken to court. Your statement really only proves that the main concern is the $$$. Not the health and well being of the puppies, or good customer service.

I've sat back and watched you post over and over - woofsheperd has told the same story since SHE found this site - there is no reason NOT to believe her OR the other people that have said the same thing.

I WAS There ...I didn't buy a dog BECAUSE THEY SHOWED ME A totally different dog than the one I drove 2 hours to see - but I'll say this - I remember my visit like it was yesterday.

I wish all you people would stop accusing people here of lying. There is NO REASON for anyone to ever lie about getting a sick puppy. Get over yourselves - if your dogs are healthy that's GREAT - but leave the people alone who weren't so lucky.

One of the puppies died. The other puppy belongs to her mom, it was sick, it had ulcers..... she chose to continue care for this puppy instead of returning it and going through all the BS her daughter went through. Just because a puppy is not returned to a breeder when sick does not mean that the puppy isn't sick. It also doesn't mean that the person selling a sick puppy shouldn't have to pay for vet bills. There are PLENTY of people on this site that have bought sick puppies and chosen not to return them to breeders because they care about the PUPPY. They have chosen to get the puppy the care they deserve, expense be damned. It doesn't mean they don't have the right to voice their outrage at the situation. Go read the *breeder beware* section. Then go hug your healthy pups again, and thank your higher being that you are one of the lucky ones.
