David thanks for the update and letting us know the details on how the investigation works and all of the hard work that is put into doing something like this. I now have a better understanding of the seriousness of what is going on there and hope this helps to get these puppies out of a bad situation and on to living better lives. |
Mercy me. I haven't been on this thread for a little bit but it sure has taken a few turns around a few bends, hasn't it? I believe that the one thing that dobiedude needs to do to alleviate his concern about Fox not giving both sides to a story is to go to the Fox website and watch some of the videos there. I did. They always give both sides to every story. Always. Being strictly an observer in all of this, as is he....I believe that he has been deliberately contentious and provocative in all of his postings. He is accusing that it appears like a smear campaign....I do not see how it could be construed as such. For very like his passion for making the owner of the pit bull take responsibility for the actions of his animal that caused dobiedude grief, pain and loss of a valuable animal....the people here are simply attempting to get a breeder to take responsibility for his actions that have caused others grief, pain and heartache. From what I have read, even the loss of their animals. So....I would like to personally thank each and every one who has posted regarding this issue in effort to put a stop to such vile and despicable breeding practices. My little Sassy means a lot to me. She is tenderhearted, loving and very loyal. She is already devoted to me as I am to her. It makes me sick to think that she could very well have been raised in such a repugnant and uncaring environment. I know why everyone is so passionate about this subject. Dobedude may never know. It isn't about money at all. It's about hearts. Caring, loving hearts. Bless you all, Sammi |

I really don't want to miss his investigation. I'm having trouble finding it on the website. Can anybody help me? |

I appreciate everything you wrote but I do not believe I was being "contentious and provocative" I was responding to people who jumped all over me. I was also responding about the "smear campaign" when Jerry Bennick posted and they all jump him that from an outside looking in from a brief point of view it could be construed as a "smear campaign" that was simply it but it was taken out of context and people were making all kind of condescending remarks to me. I just think the double standard here is outrageous just because I do not have 100's of posts they take what I say as wrong or indifferent. well anyway I will just be quiet like everyone wants and read this post and others as I always do. Thank you for your post. |

you did NUMEROUS posts saying the same thing over and over - can you blame people for replying to you ?? and let's be real - you DO have amimosity - there was no need to get so rude to CO_yorkie_momma and you made wrong assumptions or statements about ME - not once, but 2 times. You keep saying you won't post anymore yet new ones keep popping up. So - as I said earlier - thank you. :) :) Your interest is keeping this at the top of the boards, and the longer it stays there - the more people see it. There isn't anyone here who wants to smear anyone. You can GOOGLE Brushy Creek easily and see the numerous complaints about them. - |
ps. Dobie - My post should have said ON THE PROPERTY OR BORDERING it - It's no problem that you're here posting - but since you may be either a neighbor, family, OR David Moore himself - it stands to reason you do have a much more personal interest in this than just Fox News being fair. From what The Reporter (David) from Fox posted - I think you can count on the report not being one sided. And - I think it's safe to say that BC Kennels has showed a pattern of bad selling practices as well as not caring one bit about dogs. There's too many complaints out there to ignore this. |

I said sorry to you when I mis quoted and I corrected that. I said only in the last one I would be quiet if thats what everyone wanted so bad. I am not David Moore and I would be glad to give you directions to my house so you could see my animals and where I live. Like I said before I live between Tomball and Magnolia (Magnolia mailing address) Decker Woods to be exact. Just because you say there are llamas ON THE PROPERTY OR BORDERING it - means I can not own llamas and be someone different? Ridiculous assumption. Well I won't repost why I am here since I have said it enough. |
PS I only got rude with CO Yorkie Mama when she said this. "Dobie, You keep saying this is in your own backyard so can you explain that? Please tell us how close your backyard is to Davids. You can guess in feet or miles. Also are you and David hunting partners? Just curious." So once again the double standard |
It's no double standard. We have members that post regularly and we stick up for them. She wasn't rude. and yes - that WAS an assumption on my part - just like you assumed I was a competitor for Brushy Creek Kennels. :) I've never bred or sold a dog in my life and if I WERE a breeder ...that's NOT who I'd want my competition to be. I'd want to be completely opposite - I love dogs too much to ever treat them like Livestock...which you have to admit -that's all they are to that kennel.... and not even well cared for at that. :( I'm not trying to make you stop posting - I just wish you'd look at the DOGS involved and the people who got burned. |
AND - just for the Record - again and because we are WAY off topic here - I was one of the people they sent pictures too misrepresenting the dogs they were selling. It was only A DAY out of my life - but to drive all the way to Hockley only to see the worst looking little yorkie I've ever seen - feeling TERRIBLE because I didn't 'save' her all the way home and for weeks afterward was the experience I shared on this site. I had NO IDEA They do this all the time when I posted. When someone sells dogs like they do AND they ship them all over the country - it stands to reason - I'm NOT the only one they did this too. I have a feeling there are many many people who had a dog shipped but did NOT receive the dog they chose. THAT IS just plain Wrong and I won't even get into how many people bought very sick little puppies. :( It's just sad they've done this for so long. The FOX people HAVE researched this kennel - and if they're uncovering a pattern like the reporter stated right here - then all I can say is AIR IT. If they do something that will help dogs ....most everyone who sees it will be cheering. |
