| Too much money? I'm looking at a little girl with full AKC registration, black and gold for $1200. Is this too much? My last male Yorkie was $280 but that was about 14 years ago. So I guess I'm out of touch with prices. Thanks for any responses. |

| If the pup has good genetics, then the price is good |

| no i don't think that is too much. A yorkie i was in the process of buying was 3000 but she died now i am in the process of buying one for 2800. I believe it depends on the yorkie itself and in the end if that is the one you want then i say go for it! Welcome to YT there are alot of helpful people here they offer great advice. |

| Yorkies now a days range from $500 to $10,000. You really have to do your research, know exactly what you want and just scour all resources until you find your baby. You will know it when you find her. $1200 is a nice middle road price for most areas. If she is "good quality" and within the breed standard that's a good price depending on what area of the country you are in. Females are a little more than males. Good luck. |

| I paid 1200 for my female. She is on the smaller side and that also played a factor in her price. I think thats a reasonable price for a female.

| That is way out of my price range but they do go for that much. If you want a pet only, I would say keep looking.

| I paid $1900 for Bella last month, she is AKC and ACA registered. I don't think it's too much for a good quality dog

| That's a good price. We got Maggie three weeks ago for $1000. She even came with a two year health guarantee. Now that's a deal. |

| Stewie was $475 and AKC registered w/ all his shots except rabies. Natalie's Fred, if I do remember correctly, was $400 and he's one of the cutest Yorkies I have ever seen. Yorkies around me go for about $400 to $1200 and its rare to see one that expensive. I'd keep looking.
