YT 5000 Club Member | Where do you buy? Your flea medicine? I am trying to find somewhere cheaper and just as safe as the vet! Our vet recommends that we use frontline every 3-4wks b/c fleas & mosquitos are soooo bad here! Just wanting some opinions of where everybody gets theirs! TIA!

| Flea medicine I get frontline plus for both of my dogs from 1-800-PetMeds. You can order on-line, in fact I have gotten most of the medications for my dogs there for the last 6 years. They ship directly to you and it is waaay cheaper than getting it at the vet. They also e-mail you reminder notices when you need more and they will contact your vet if you need a prescription refilled. |

| I just got some Frontline plus from Petedge. A six month supply was 59.99. That is almost what I paid for a 3 month supply at our local dog supply store. How much is at a Pet Meds, if anyone knows?

| My vet has a special where you buy 6 months and you get another month's supply for free on Frontline. Her price is better than 1-800-Pet Meds. Since the dose is for dogs up to 22 pounds, I have also heard of people with several yorkies dividing the application among several dogs. I guess that would depend on the size of the dogs. You can't divide a dose of Heartguard though as the medication is not evenly spread through out the chunk. It's great to save money whenever you can but when it comes to health issues sometimes penny wise turns out to be dollar foolish. |

| I order all meds from DrsFosterSmith I just looked up Frontline for you. For 1-22 lb dogs, a 3-pack is $27.99 and a 6-pack for $56.99. Here's the direct link to Frontline. Oh, and they have flat-rate shipping of $3.99. I always get meds within the week, usually within 4 days. |
