I pretty much tell people that "teacup" is just another word for "runt" when the subject is brought up.

I get people ask if my 6lb'er is a "teacup" all thev time, I just say "nope, he's breed standard".

I went thru the whole is wyatt a teacup thing...and i was getting upset cause everytime i had to explain to them that there is no such thing...and they would just look at me and laugh..so now when people ask me im like no he is not he is just a yorkie...i mean wyatt is small, they told me he would be between 3 and 4.5 lbs...but he is 6 months now and only 2.5 lbs...but i guess he will pick up weight later..but he is just smaller thats all..but people dont believe what you say unless your a vet and honestly some vets are wrong...but who and i to judge...i would love my baby just the same if he were 7 lbs or 20 lbs...who cares the bigger less vet bills cause of serious falls and trips....i hope wyatt will be 4 lbs +....
