ok i'm not one who likes to be licked and i know that comes with having a dog...but Troy licks a lot!

she licks EVERYTHING!!!! legs, hands, feet, lips... how do i get her to stop being so licky!!!???

I think yorkies are particularly licky dogs....they just have sooo much love to give

Maybe, try putting him down or off your lap everytime he licks & he'll learn that if he wants to be held he'll have to control that tongue. OR maybe try putting some bitters on your hands.

what are biters? she licked me in my mouth yesterday... it wasn't so bad...BUT i just have a thing with wet kisses... and its not just Troy's... i don't like wet kisses from anybody!!!!!

Mia is a licker too! I can't even pet her without her licking my hand. It does get on my nerves. I would like some ideas to.

My Cali licks too. I thought I was the only one who gets annoyed by this.

yay! i'm not the only one! i felt kind of bad at first because it got on my nerves but then she licked me in my mouth and that was the last straw!!!

There's different types of bitters that you can get at petsmart, or petco, etc. They are made to deter dogs from chewing on furniture & taste terrible but are otherwise harmless.

May as well get used to it! As much as mine like to lick, I try to keep them on my cheek, or ears, but once in a while Adonis slips me the tongue!

I think its a yorkie trait. Nothing as sweet as doggie kisses from my babies!

Jewels licks me up the nose. She does it every night before bed. One time she licked me in the face for 15 minutes straight. Ive tried t get her to stop but she will just do it again the next night

15 Minutes! That would've put me completely over the edge!
